Who is responsible

Harmia is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contact@harmia.co.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company, project type, message and, for call requests, the preferred date and time you enter, the language of the page, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them (see below). If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores contact form messages in its D1 database.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact form is sent by a person rather than an automated script.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies, measures how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type) with anonymous statistics. Until you accept, nothing from Google is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Because Cloudflare, Inc. and Google are based in the United States, this data may be processed outside your country.

Why we use it

We use your message only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the project. We never sell it or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for up to two years after our last exchange and then delete them. If we start working together, related correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@harmia.co and we will reply within thirty days. Visitors from Turkey can find more detail in the KVKK disclosure on the Turkish site.
